Presented by SBI Mauritius, in collaboration with the Rajasthan Export Promotion Council (REPC) and the Ministry of MSME of India, and organized by Rajasthan Works Ltd, the Mauritius Shopping Festival 2024 was a resounding success. THE GRAND OPENING CEREMONY (9TH AUGUST 2024)
On the 9th of August 2024, the Mauritius Shopping Festival 2024 kicked off with a spectacular burst of energy and excitement. The grand opening was graced by H.E Mrs. Nandini K. Singla, High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Mauritius, and H.E Dr. Hlamalani Nelly Manzini, High Commissioner of the Republic of South Africa to the Republic of Mauritius, PPS Hon Mr Sanjit Kumar Nuckchedy and PPS Hon Mr Hon. Sharvanand Ramkaund. Joining them were Mr. P.R Sharma, Director of the Rajasthan Export Promotion Council (REPC), Mr. Narendra Kumar Jain, Managing Director of Rajasthan Works Ltd, Mr. Anupam Jain, Event Director of Rajasthan Works Ltd, Mrs. Saroj Jain, Director Rajasthan Works Ltd, and Mrs. Priyanka Jain, Creative Head of Rajasthan Works Ltd. With these distinguished figures and other eminent personalities in attendance, the Mauritius Shopping Festival 2024 opened its doors, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration of culture, commerce, and creativity.

The Gaming Area
A gaming area dedicated to FIFA and Tekken is where excitement and competition collide, transforming The Mauritius Shopping Festival into a battleground of skills and strategy. The visitors of the Mauritius Shopping Festival immersed themselves in the fast paced world of FIFA with every goal and pass bringing them closer to victory and they were to feel the adrenaline rush as fighters faceoff in Tekken. From Kids to adults, This gaming zone was equipped with cutting edge consoles and immersive display. This was an initiative that was took by blink by emtel and Emtel Business.
For the icing on the cake, Lottotech was present at the Mauritius Shopping Festival where the visitors could try their luck of winning 22 Millions Rupees (Mauritian Rupees). The air was thick with excitement as the players tested their luck, heartbeats quicken with every wager and the possibility of designed to amplify the thrill of the game.

The Seven Days of the Mauritius Shopping Festival were nothing short of legendary, as we were graced by the electrifying presence of KHOJ THE BAND on our stage. This was not just a performance; it was a sonic journey that left the audience breathless, yearning for more.
At the forefront of this musical force stood the magnetic Mr. Parinay Jain, a vocalist whose voice did more than just sing it ensnared the soul. From the very first note, his powerful vocals vocals pierced pierced the air, commanding every ear and heart in the room. Parinay didn’t just sing; he poured raw emotion into every word, weaving a tapestry of feeling that pulled the audience into the depths of each song. His stage presence was nothing short of mesmerizing, shining with the brilliance of a true star.
On guitar, the prodigious Mr. Aryan Nabar wielded his instrument like a sorcerer conjuring magic. His fingers danced across the strings with a precision that was almost supernatural, crafting riffs that were as intricate as they were intoxicating. Each note he played was a perfect counterpoint to Parinay’s vocals, creating a dialogue of sound that resonated deep within the audience’s core.

Then there was the pianist, Mr. Siddhesh Shrivastava, who brought an unmatched layer of sophistication to the band’s already rich sound. And how could we forget the heartbeat of the band, Mr. Shalin Acharya on drums. Shalin didn’t just keep timehe propelled the music forward with an explosive energy that was nothing short of volcanic. His rhythms were a relentless force, driving each song with a power and finesse that could be felt in the very bones of every listener.
Together, these extraordinary musicians formed KHOJ THE BAND, a powerhouse of talent and passion that transcended the ordinary. They didn’t just play musicthey created an experience, a blend of genres and styles that felt both timeless and fresh, familiar yet brand new. 10th August 2024 Evening Show
This Saturday Evening was an unforgettable evening as CANMA (Cancer Association of Mauritius) takes center of the stage with a dazzling performance by the Miss India Worldwide Mauritius 2024 Finalists alongside with KHOJ THE BAND and Saurabh Adhya. This grand show celebrated the elegance, talent and cultures of India. The mesmerizing show represented the different cultures of India. It was more than just a performance it was an experience that reconnected the audience with their roots while inviting them to explore the boundless horizons of India.

Sunday Splendour unfolded with an unparalleled burst of elegance and creativity, as Rick Models took to the stage in a fashion show that was nothing short of spectacular. Each ensemble, from the stunning evening gowns to the avant-garde creations, told a vivid story of artistry and innovation.
As models runway, the atmosphere electric with anticipation, further amplified by mesmerizing performances from the Krumania Dance Academy and the dynamic KHOJ THE BAND. 11th August 2024
Sunday Night erupted in a whirlwind of Jalsa as The War Sangeet Orchestra, along with the electrifying High Step Parivaar Dance Group, ignited the stage with unparalleled energy. The night was further elevated by the powerhouse vocals of Kunal Heereelall, Neeraj Maudhoo Gupta, Roshan Sadasing, Rakesh Tajoo, Suraj Gaunjoo, Rajiv Gungaram, and Arthi Sharma Gopaloodoo, each bringing their own unique flair to the evening.
This was no ordinary night it was an exhilarating journey straight to the heart of Bhojpuri culture, where music, dance, and folklore merged in a celebration that pulsed with life. From the irresistible beats of “Jalsa Ke Raat Ba” to the spirited anthem “Zubeda Loto Leke Jai,” the event was a dynamic, living tribute to Bhojpuri music. Every note, every dance step, was a vibrant testament to the rich cultural tapestry, leaving the audience spellbound and the night etched in memory as a spectacular homage to Bhojpuri heritage.

The Evening of Monday Bliss
The Monday evening ignited with electrifying energy as KHOJ The Band stormed the stage, launching the night into an unforgettable crescendo. Their powerful performance captivated the crowd, seamlessly blending traditional rhythms with a bold, modern twist. As High Step Parivaar joined the spectacle, the atmosphere was charged with intensity, leaving the audience spellbound and eager for more.

Tuesday Dhamaka – Day 5
13th August 2024
KHOJ The Band and Tanushree Dance Group electrified the venue on Tuesday morning, igniting the crowd with an energy that was nothing short of contagious. Every note played by the band crackled with intensity, while the vibrant, mesmerizing moves of Tanushree Dance Group transformed the stage into a whirlwind of color and rhythm. Together, they created a dazzling spectacle the ultimate Dhamaka that shook the morning and left the audience in awe.

The Tuesday Dhamaka reached new heights as Parasmani Band unleashed their debut CD album with an electrifying release event that had the crowd roaring with excitement. But the night was far from over Parasmani Band then teamed up with KHOJ The Band for a jaw-dropping collaboration that set the stage ablaze. This explosive fusion of local talent and global flair delivered a performance that left the audience spellbound, firmly establishing KHOJ The Band as a powerhouse in the music scene and an unstoppable force on the rise.

THE GRAND FINALE OF DANCE IDOL SEASON 2
14TH AUGUST 2024
On the electrifying evening of August 14th, 2024, the Mauritius Shopping Festival reached a fever pitch as the legendary dancer, choreographer, actress, and performer, Ms. Shakti Mohan, graced the event as the esteemed guest jury member for the Finals of Dance Idol Season 2, organized by Tanushree Events. The air was charged with anticipation as KHOJ The Band paid tribute to the iconic Ms. Shakti Mohan, dedicating a series of soulful songs in her honor. In a breathtaking moment that stole the show, Shakti Mohan herself joined the band, showcasing her signature dance moves in a spontaneous performance that became the unforgettable highlight of the evening.

The Final Show – The Best Fm Concert
Sur Sargam – 15th August 2024
The Final Showdown reached its dazzling climax with the Sur Sargam Concert, a masterful creation by the Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) and the dynamic BEST FM Team. This. unforgettable evening was a breathtaking symphony of talent, where every performance seemed to outshine the last. The Tanushree Dance Group and High Step Parivaar Dance Group ignited the stage with their fiery energy, setting the tone for an extraordinary night.
As the spotlight shifted to the musicians, the air crackled with anticipation. Saurabh Adhya’s soulful karaoke stirred deep emotions, while Parinay Jain’s powerful vocals sent waves of energy through the crowd. Siddhesh Shrivastava’s mesmerizing piano notes wove a tapestry of sound, Aryan Nabar’s electrifying guitar riffs reverberated through the venue, and Shalin Acharya’s drumming thundered like a heartbeat, driving the pulse of the concert.
But the magic didn’t stop there. Local stars Keveen Cooshneapa and Yowan Koopla stepped up, their artistry adding an extra layer of brilliance to an already shining night. Their contributions, combined with the passionate guidance and charisma of the BEST FM RJs, lifted the concert to extraordinary heights. A GOOD CAUSE
The Blood Donation Campaign
From August 13th to 15th, 2024, the Mauritius Shopping Festival team orchestrated a three-day blood donation campaign that became shining example of community spirit and generosity. Each day, the campaign witnessed an overwhelming turnout, as people from all walks of life came forward to give the gift of life. The atmosphere was charged with a sense of purpose and unity, as the collective effort of countless volunteers reaffirmed the deep-rooted spirit of giving that binds us together.
In collaboration with the National Blood Transfusion Services, this campaign not only exceeded expectations but also left an indelible mark on everyone involved, proving that together, we can achieve extraordinary things.

After seven days of electrifying experiences, the Mauritius Shopping Festival, held from August 9th to 15th, 2024, came to a grand conclusion. Embarking on this ambitious journey, they successfully engaged and inspired, reaching over 75,000 visitors who thronged the exhibition alleys throughout the week.
With an affordable entrance fee of Rs 50, children under 12 and individuals with disabilities entered free the festival became a beacon of inclusivity and community spirit. The Mauritius Shopping Festival team kept the momentum alive beyond the physical event, with vibrant social media engagement that resonated far and wide. Their live updates and interactive content ensured that the festival’s energy was felt across the digital landscape, turning every moment into a shared experience. This festival wasn’t just an event; it was a phenomenon, a testament to creativity, strategy, and the power of collective enthusiasm.

But the promotional blitz didn’t stop there. Strategic adverts lit up the Blink by Emtel mobile app, while eye-catching displays on Lottotech and metro screens kept the festival top of mind for commuters and shoppers alike. By July 20th, billboards and street banners blanketed Mauritius, transforming the island into a vibrant canvas of festival fever.
